Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 417698.

Blocked gully. After all the work done on previous water leak repair & soil washdown from Peter David Development site the gully is almost completely blocked. Puddles have formed in the gutter & are overflowing onto the road. When it freezes the water ices over thus becoming a safety problem.

    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
