Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 417756.

The drain at side of road is flooding, the puddle it is causing is over the pavement when raining heavy and cars splash onto the front of our business, as well as on our staff and customers when coming in the door.

  • Thank you for submitting your Highways report.
    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
