Whole of Saffron Road

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 417818.

There are a large number of potholes along the entire length of Saffron Road. Some of these were “patched” not long ago, but unsurprisingly this has failed and the potholes are back.

This needs a proper repair or it will keep occurring.

    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
