We already have maintenance work planned in for this area and the issue will be resolved as part of this work. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP).We will continue to monitor all defects to ensure the safety of our residents as part of the NMMP which can be found online - http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

CaLLER Called very upset at the state of repair.
did try to advise that works are due to be scheduled but cannot provide a date.
did offer to check one.network for possible dates but terminated call -
Customer called very upset that the report has been closed again and the pothole still not fixed. Customer said that the same pothole was repored for more then 1 year and half and still not fixed. A part of Potton Road has been resurfaced till no 21, and a zebra crossing installed, customer would like to know whay the whole road hasn't been resurfaced and the pothole fixed because when this works were carried out the pothole was already reported on FMS.
Customer called and said that this is an emergency and expects for the emergency team to attend withing 2h.
Email sent to PO and HLT for advice and guidance and to make them aware of multiple reports regarding this issue.

We have inspected the defect and made the area safe.
