I reported this (Anglian Water) manhole last September as being very noisy (loose) but was told it is not a highways matter. Today, half of the cover has collapsed leaving a dangerous hole that the rider of a small, 2-wheeled vehicle (scooter, Vespa, bike) could be thown by. This has gone from a nuisance to an immediate threat to person(s).
