There are 5, deep potholes along the stretch of Derwent Road outside Greenleas School.

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 417999.
These potholes have been here since Winter 2023 and have been patched but these are poor repairs and do not last. This is an extremely busy stretch of road at school pick up and drop off, and the potholes add a safety risk because drivers have to avoid these at a time when when they should be looking out for children and pedestrians. The whole stretch of road needs to be resurfaced.

Thank you for submitting your Highways report.
We already have maintenance work planned in for this area and the issue will be resolved as part of this work. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP).We will continue to monitor all defects to ensure the safety of our residents as part of the NMMP which can be found online - http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx
Many thanks,
