Huge deep various areas pothole right outside school. An accident waiting to happen especially at night cars hitting it regularly especially those who don’t adhere to the 20 mph which unfortunately there are many that we witness as living directly on this road albeit our address is Bideford Green but our road runs into Derwent road further up. We walk this road daily and sadly the whole road is turning into one BIG pothole. Today witnessed a council truck passing said pothole slowed down looked and shook their head I think in disbelief.

    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
