Street light Number 17 Subject: Issue Not Resolved – Further Action Required Hi Patrick, I received the email from CB stating that the issue has been fixed. However, I have attached two videos taken today (03/02/2025) at 21:10, which clearly show that the street is still not working. Could you please raise this concern again? Are they actually coming to check on-site before marking the job as completed? It seems the status has been changed without the issue being properly resolved.

  • Thank you for contacting us with information relating to a Highways issue. Our engineers have inspected and found a fault with the power supply which is owned and maintained by the electricity provider. We have requested that they investigate and make a repair (their target timescale is 28 days). We will continue to monitor this issue until it is resolved. Please contact us again after that time if the light is still out.
