A green waste wheelie bin has been abandoned for some months on the corner of Andrews Close in Maulden. it's been there many months, since the council started charging for garden waste collections and had obviously been dumped. It is slowly being filled with ordinary rubbish from passers by, which is clearly never going to be emptied.
