Potton Road Zebra Crossing - lights failed

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 418410.

The zebra crossing on Potton Road, between Presland Drive and Collings Crescent. Lights on both sides of the crossing are not lit. Has been like this since early January 2025. what3words: ///applauded.bravest.reclined

    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
