Many bin bags including black sacks block the entrance of my flat causing a fire hazard. There are also broken chairs there now.

I have looked in a bag to find a parcel package addressed to Diva Nails in Leighton Buzzard as attached. However I’m unsure if it is multiple people as well as them.
