The council drain cleaners were out yesterday but did not empty/clean this drain. The road was raised so all the water drains to the road into the front gardens of the properties. Is this drain connected to the rest of the system? The raised road is in effective, does not slow cars, does not prevent parents parking in the mornings. Can be reduced back down, so the water is contained on the highway .
