This light has not been working for some time and the area is incredibly dark in the mornings and evenings which is posing safety issues and has contributed to quite a nasty RTC between a car and a cyclist. It is also a concern for staff at Pendleton Sports Centre and the school who open and close the site during hours when it is still dark and often they are lone working.
