Traffic light by the sun rise pub

Hi, the traffic light pedestrian crossing keeps going off ( beeping noise ) in every minute or so without anyone pressing it, the light is right under our bedroom window and it’s really frustrating to hear beeping all night in every minute or so. It’s the traffic light on front street, between pub and corner shop. I might heard the light on opposite side too but not too sure. It’s going off always before front street cars getting green.
