Hitchin Road from Clifton Road up to 41 Hitchin Rd

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 418617.

The kerbline and gullys are absolutely full of leaves and needles from the trees opposite, when I say full I mean completely blocked so that rainwater has nowhere to go! There is also 1-2 inches of mulch in the kerbline for most of this stretch of road and cars towards the pub need moving to clear it.
