Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 418623.

From Church Road Flitwick, south down the A5120, to opposite the garden centre. The soil needs scraping back, off the footpath. The footpath is narrow anyway, next to this busy road. There is only one footpath along this section that is on the right as you head away from Flitwick.
