Lamp broken Ashton Car Park Dunstable near the Bull Pond Lane side.

This lamp at the top is possible damaged. The light instead of flooding downwards, is shining directly into our landing window. The lamp we believe is number 201in Ashton Car Park, it’s been like this for months and is causing agitation to us. The light is like a bright landing light of an aircraft. It’s negligent on the council to allow this to continue.
