Roadside pavements and oaths

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 418682.

Their is tons of litter and general rubbish strewn along both sides of the roads, Including bin bags, milk cartons ,just general litter that looks such a mess. It stretches from bookers road all the way to the junction.
