Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 418879.

Potholes still along this road Reported back in December but report closed stating always aware but now 13thFebruary & still not repaired. What is your maintenance & inspection for this area? When was it last inspected? Please confirm where I can view copy of the reports for months of November,December & January.

  • The potholes at intervention level have been repired. Thank you for submitting your Highways report.
    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
