Reported via desktop in the Pavement and Cycle path category anonymously at 18:28, Thursday 13 February 2025

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 418881.

A large, sharp edged sinkage has appeared in the footpath adjacent to where Cadent excavated a large trench for a new gas main recently. The trench was open for some weeks in sand and collapsed several times. In the dark it is dangerous for pedestrians.
