There is a lot of litter all along this stretch of the lane. I was walking along behind the street cleaner and his cart this morning and thought he would have picked it all up as it's along the whole stretch. However, he seemed far more engrossed in his mobile phone than actually doing his job as he was wandering along at a very slow pace. As a tax payer, I would say I was wasting my money.
