Entrance to Gardeners Close, Maulden, mk45 2dy

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 418922.

There is a single raised ironwork manhole cover at the entrance to Gardeners close, where the surrounding road surface has been left too low. A 25cm wide area of surfacing around manhole cover is approximately 3cm too low. The road surface requires filling to create a flush finish between the road surface and the manhole cover.

    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx
