Grass verge outside 12 and 14 chapel Close Toddington

Reported via desktop in the Trees category anonymously at 14:22, Friday 14 February 2025

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 418938.

We had a lovely mountain ash tree growing in the grass verge but the tree died due to ash dieback. I asked before to have a new tree planted and nothing happened. I have just noticed that this week two trees have been planted to replace other trees that also died along my road on the same side as the one that was lost outside my property. Please please can you replace out tree in the grass verge. It would also stop parents on the school run parking on the grass verge which is at an unexectable level now and is ruining the grass verge and causing a high level of weeds to grow in it which I turn is killing off the grass. Please plant use a new tree to replace the one lost. My neighbour at number 12 also wanted a new tree planted replacing the old one lost.
