7 Finch walk, the common green space two large trees

Two large tree overhangs my house and garden. They have not been maintained for years. The one in the front, please see the picture is very close to the facade and gutter. Squirrels have jumped from the branches and made a hole in my facade and entered my loft. I have squirrel infestation in my loft where I had to call for professional help. The back free also over hangs my garden where it becomes unusable in the summer. The squirrel infestation is very serious if I could get some urgent help please
