Should easily go into ditch/brook but the drains are blocked ir not suitable on new path. Floods everytime it rains. Houses at risk

Unfortunately this issue does not come under the responsibility of our Highways Department, however, we have forwarded this report to our Customer Services Team, and requested it is passed to Andrew Halcrow within Central Bedfordshire Council. Hi Andrew, Nick and I inspected this a couple of months ago and looks like it could do with some gullies being installed in the new financial year
