Resident called requesting updates regarding this report, resident advised that his partner leaves the house quite early and is very dark went she goes out and she slipped and nearly fell, resident is getting worried as this happened 3 times already.

Thank you for your Highways report.
An order has now been raised to rectify the identified issue and this will now be added to our programme of works. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP)We will continue to monitor all defects to ensure the safety of our residents as part of the NMMP which can be found online - http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

Resident called again regarding this report i provided the customer with the update and was happy about it.
Resident asked if by any chance this can be looked at earlier it would be great as there are some big steps there and elderly people struggle when it is dark.
