Due to high traffic on the right side of the road due to residents parking on the left side renders this narrow culled sac to car park like a single track road with the right lane receiving all of the traffic to and from the village hall car park and the recreation ground. A full resurfacing should be undertaken since there have been numerous pot holes appearing and repairs last only a few months due to high traffic volumes

    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
