Murder Bend -Potton Road

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 419637.

There are dangerous potholes on both sides of the road on this bend. It has been getting worse during this winter, although it's been an ongoing problem for years, due to not being repaired properly. We drive on this road 4 times a day taking and collecting our grandchildren who attend school at Sutton. Recently potholes were repaired outside of/near Bedfordshire Growers, why were these not repaired at the same time as you were clearly aware due to reports shown on this page.

  • Thank you for submitting your Highways report.
    We already have maintenance work planned in for this area and the issue will be resolved as part of this work. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP).
