The street lamps in Spencer Close are nearly all of an early LED design comprising a rectangular plate with 18 individual LEDs on each panel. On many of the lamps the majority of the LEDs are now very dim or do not light at all, making illumination of the street extremely poor. I first raised this issue in 2018 I think and the situation has only got worse. Can these lamps be brought up to current day standards please?
