All lights in this area are not working and one of the streetlights doesn’t have a light on the top and is damaged

  • Thank you for your Highways report.
    An order has now been raised to rectify the identified issue and this will now be added to our programme of works. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP)

  • Thank you for contacting us with information relating to a Highways issue. Our engineers have inspected the site but were unable to locate the streetlight/sign you recently reported. If repairs have not already been made, please call us on 0300 300 8049 to help us locate the problem.

    Please could some photos and Column ID numbers be added in a new FixMyStreet report, this would massively help us fix the issue.
