Corner of the bowls club

Reported via desktop in the Kerbs category anonymously at 08:38, Thursday 6 March 2025

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 420163.

I am writing to raise a concern regarding the condition of the grass verges around the bowls club, which have been severely damaged by trucks associated with Tilia Homes. The heavy vehicles have turned the verges into a muddy mess, leaving the area looking unsightly and unpleasant for residents and visitors.

This damage is not only affecting the appearance of the neighbourhood but also risks making the area hazardous, particularly in wet conditions.

Could you please arrange for this to be rectified as soon as possible and ensure that measures are put in place to prevent further damage? The size of the trucks being used is not suitable for the estate, as they are struggling to make the turn into the road. This issue also needs to be addressed to prevent further damage and stop this from happening again.
