Fowl water/ drainage
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 420233.
Blocked drain causing fowl water to flow down the road. when cars are going down road it is causing the water to splash on pedestrians and garden fences which could cause damage. also causing a horrible smell on high street
