The main lights on the Middle Row shops are not working. The lights in the square are not working and some of the bulbs on the festoon going across Ashton Square are not working.

  • Thank you for your Highways report.
    We are aware of the ongoing lighting issues in this area with are working to resovle the problems as soon as possible. Our maintenance teams have identified several complex underground cabling issues that is affecting the power supply to some columns and are carrying out a full investigation and survery to identify a soloution to bring the lights into service.

    With regard to the festoon lighting. This is owned and maintained by Dunstable Town Council. They can be contacted using the following link. https://www.dunstable.gov.uk/ contact-us/
