Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 420385.
The tree roots (tree planted some 45 years ago by the former South Beds DC) have damaged the pavement and have created a trip hazard with a potential to become a sinkhole for pedestrians using the pavement. Given that this is a busy pedestrian access route to the local lower school this is a major hazard. All the services to our property come up that side and could be damaged by these roots. This issue has got worse over the past 6 months
