Stretch of pavement from the Potton Rd bus stop towards junction with Sandy Road

Much of the stretch is overgrown with grass and weeds reducing the width and forcing pedestrians to have to walk close to the road edge. especially problematic for people wit pushchairs and dog walkers

    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
