Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council 10 hours, 21 minutes later. Council ref: 420489.

Caravan hangs over public footpath and goes onto the road stopping buggy’s wheel chairs. It has no reflective lights or number plates it is a hazard. Been issue since June 2024

  • Spoke to resident and asked them to move it. Thank you for submitting your Highways report.
    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
