There are several street lights that aren’t working, this has been going on for sometime Now, they say they’re fixed but still don’t come on, it’s impossible to park in the dark

Thank you for your Highways report.
An order has now been raised to rectify the identified issue and this will now be added to our programme of works. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP)
Two previous orders have been raised for columns 2 & 9. In this new order we will inspect column 3 to check if there is a service issue.
We would appreciate it if you could let us know which columns specifically are not working by including the column ID numbers attached to each column in a new report please.
