Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: Jadu-EFF016202.

At this location are MORE bags of rubbish. At the site already reported to you it is still showing, several days later, that it is 'under investigation.' You can't miss them - dozens of black and white sacks in 2 separate piles in the undergrowth.
