Outside rear exit of Ardley Hill school on the footpath

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 420625.

Light is not turning on, creating a dark area. Lamp assumed to be #2 of the 3 on this footpath. Current problem existing for several weeks.

  • Thank you for your Highways report.
    An order has now been raised to rectify the identified issue and this will now be added to our programme of works. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP)

  • Thank you for contacting us with information relating to a Highways issue. Our engineers have made repairs to resolve the fault you reported. If this streetlight stops working again, which can sometimes happen,we would be grateful if you could report this issue again. Lantern and node replaced.
