Turning for Lords Mead and Private Parking Area

It’s becoming increasingly frustrating the sheer amount of people parking on the junction for lords mead when they visit the chip shop. Several times I have been blocked in now. Not only are they parking on the junction causing 0% visibility to oncoming traffic on the main road but they’re also parking in private parking spaces. Unsure why they’re unable to read the big sign that says private parking but I guess some people feel entitled. My question is, is it possible to have some lines but in on this junction in the hope to steer away these repeat offenders? I’d like to access my own property at all times and not be restricted because someone is too lazy to walk from their house to the chip shop. I will also add this is completely blocking the pavement for pedestrians
