I am reporting on behalf of Henlow Parish Council. A resident has advised us that the street light has not been working for a month and that she has reported it to CBC previously but no action has been taken

Thank you for submitting your Highways report.
An order was raised to repair this streetlight 13/03/25 and an update was added to the report to inform the resident about this action. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP).
Due to the fact this is a heritage column, it may take longer than ususal to order materials to repair the streetlight.
