From the top of the hill on Mill Road down to Eggington Cricket club

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 421124.

For years the farmer has been dumping large and dangerous amounts of mud all over the road but today it has been worse as is large clumps across the whole road rather than a thick layer it usually is. This is not only causing damage to vehicles but is extremely dangerous, particularly to motorcycles

    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
