On the road outside 177 and 175 high street

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 421125.

This pot hole has been there for months and getting progressively bigger, it is causing houses to shake really badly, to the point every time someone drives over it my house feels like it it falling down. I have crumbs appearing from ceiling and cracks on my walls inside and out along with things falling from shelves which is a big safeguarding issue. It’s causing lack of being able to sleep and major property damage. There has been previous reports and nothing done please help the distress this is causing is unbareable .

    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
