I have damage to my car a broken coil spring due to unable to avoid this pot hole in a dangerous junction this is a three way junction it’s hard enough to see traffic let alone keep a look out for a large pothole/drain on the bend I will apply to be compensated for the damage to my Volvo xc60

    We already have maintenance work planned in for this area and the issue will be resolved as part of this work. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP).
