Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: Jadu-EFF016598.

There is 4/5 bags of rubbish and waste. Additionally and most unfortunately, there are multiple piles of horse manure around the green as the visitors had a horse roaming free. Ask any of the residents.
