The concrete strip (crossover) between M J Hillson Ltd frontage and the main road has become, cracked, broken, different heights and is now a serious problem for anyone on foot using the public footpaths by either foot, in a wheel chair pushing of a wheelchair / pushchair and and small children on bikes / scooters on there way to school.

  • Thank you for submitting your Highways report.
    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
