Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 421494.
I reside in a house on Woburn Street and have just come back from assisting another pensioner that has tripped on the uneven pavement surface. This time it was a lady in her late 60's who turned her ankle and fell. No ambulance was needed but I urged her to report it to the council and go for a checkup at the doctors as her ankle was sprained and swollen. The surface has been uneven for more than 2 years and I have assisted at least 5 people that have fallen in that time.
