Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 421740.

There’s a manhole cover that needs checking. When HGV’s hit it, it’s horrifically loud. At night when traffic is diverted from MI it’s unbearable. It can sound like thunder or an explosion and and sleep is lucky. Been like it for years but getting too much now, much worse recently.
