Cars blocking my driveway

I hope you’re well.
I’m reaching out to enquire about having a white line painted outside my property to prevent vehicles from parking across my driveway.
While part of my driveway has a dropped kerb, the other section does not, making it difficult for us to move cars in and out. I’d like to understand the process for having a white line installed and whether I need permission to proceed.
I’m happy to provide photos if that would help clarify the situation.
