Lamp 36 between 28 totternhoe road & the chapel

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 421827.

Old reference 420537 Reporting lamp number 36 which does not appear to be logged on the map - only lamp 35. Since a new lamp has been installed for numbr 36 it does not illuminate every night and not sure why? Is this to conserve energy? Other referneces on the pole are 102 and 865199
